Annual Customer Appreciation Event Recap

Annual-Event-Logo

We had a blast and we hope you did as well. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to join us and thanks for laughing at all of our corny jokes! Once again we saw people from different companies and backgrounds networking and sharing ideas. We heard some discussions on various topics and we tried to keep you as entertained as we could have through out the entire day! Here’s a quick recap of the event’s highlights:

Top Ten Reasons REV 15 Helps You Maintain Your Sanity

So what was your favorite reason why SouthWare REV 15 helps you maintain your sanity? My personal favorite is the amount of money you could be saving on shoes (not having to run back and forth to the warehouse). Although, Rev 15 still may not prevent some people from buying new shoes anyways (even if they don’t wear out as fast!). Thanks for laughing at all of our very funny jokes and as always please feel free to reach any of us if you saw something in any of those features that you are curious about or that you think might make your life a little bit easier as well! Genius or Madman? You decide

What an interesting character. Salvador Dali seems to have been a magnet for all things different from the time he was a young boy. Whether or not you think he was a genius or madman, one thing is indisputable; he was an amazingly talented artist! One of my favorite was the Toreador. I loved the way he used objects to create another object, like the Venus’ that make up the bull fighter’s face.

Panel Discussion: How I Did It – Words of Advice from successful business owners

Chris Tauriello from Uniform City, Gary Mansel from Tampa Forklift and Rich Money from Dermatec Direct did a wonderful job sharing their experience and wisdom with us. Rich was able to sub in for us at the last minute and made it a very interesting and diverse trio. We hope that their wisdom and insights were inspirational for you as much as they were for us! We especially loved the funny stories and my personal favorite was each panelists answer to the question: Knowing what you know now, what would you have done differently when you were first starting out? I think we can all take that question to heart and apply it to our own lives, not just professional but personal as well.

Haruspex Theater

How do we even begin? Cia Dafucha sure knows how to use her REV 15 software to impress the boss, Don in Charge, while poor Frank Lee Outdated is still rummaging around the warehouse looking for Ima Moimpotant’s order status. More Haruspex Theater coming to a Youtube-ready computer near you soon!

Prizes

This was a first, some one else finally one the grand prize this year! Jane Turner from SRT Supply was one of a few that guessed the correct answer to the trivia question: What year did Haruspex first open its doors? 1991. Her card was pulled from the bag and she went home with a new home theater system! Lucile Dillin from Bill Moore also went home with a nice prize. She answered the trivia question How old was Dali when he first started painting correctly (8-10) and she won the 22” lcd monitor! Everyone won at least one prize, whether it was from knowing the answer to our trivia questions or if it was shear luck and we called your lucky number. One of my personal favorites was the Dali cutting board (I had to make my way over to the gift shop after the event to pick up a few for my holiday shopping!) Kirk Parrish didn’t win us all a million dollars with the set of scratch tickets he won (does anyone ever win big on those things?) and the big trivia guru Bill Allen from New Advantage racked up several prizes from answering all of those tough trivia questions correctly! Who knew you would actually have to memorize all that stuff you learned back in your Accounting 101 classes!
