Dates in FYI Grids
When you create a report and send it to Excel, are your dates formatted as YYMMDD?
When you use the FYI Reporting Portal, you can review your data in the Grid View mode. From there, you can click on the Excel button to send the data to Excel for review. However, this will format your dates to be YYMMDD. If you want your dates to show as MMDDYY, you need to use the Export tab and export data to the Microsoft Excel option. This will open up Excel and show your dates correctly.
If you are creating a ReportMate, you should use the OfficeLink output option and choose Excel.
